2. Services Provided

‍SendingFlow offers email automation services. All data related to the functioning of the app is stored on servers located in Germany.

3. Eligibility

‍SendingFlow services are limited to businesses.

4. User Responsibilities

‍Users are responsible for not spamming their contacts. Users with a high spam score will be warned and may have their accounts terminated without notice following the warning.

5. Data Collection and Use

‍SendingFlow collects the following data from users:

• Name, surname, company, domain name, email content, and email campaign details.This data is used solely to facilitate the use of the app. Users agree to receive commercial emails from SendingFlow. Users are considered opted-in by using the app.

Note: Users must check local regulations regarding the storage of their users' data on encrypted servers based in Germany.

6. Service Guarantee

‍SendingFlow guarantees that emails and collected data can be accessed at any time. The service aims for 97% uptime. However, this cannot be guaranteed during maintenance periods.

7. Refund Policy

‍SendingFlow offers a 7-day free trial at the beginning of each subscription. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment Terms

‍Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis with no long-term commitment. Once a billing period has started, it is due in full.

9. Intellectual Property

‍Users retain ownership of the content they generate. SendingFlow owns the data generated by the app and reserves the right to use anonymized data for reporting and analysis.

10. Account Termination

‍To delete an account, navigate to the app settings and click "Delete Account." Accounts may be terminated without notice in cases of proven fraud or improper use (spam, harassment, etc.).
